Who we are
POTS Replacement Experts is a brand of Justin Hall Consulting LLC, a low-voltage and structured cabling contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Justin Hall Consulting LLC operates this site and is responsible for the information collected through it. You can reach us at Solutions@JustinHallConsulting.com or (678) 392-1681.
What you send us
When you request a site audit, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, building location, and details about the phone lines and systems you want to replace. We use it to answer your request, prepare an audit or migration plan, and follow up about your project.
Our contact form is provided by HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) system. When you submit it, your information is stored in our HubSpot account along with a note of which of our websites you came from. Only our staff, and service providers who help us serve you, can see it.
What the site collects automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the time of the visit. We use it to run and protect the site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools
This site uses the following tools. Some of them set cookies or similar browser storage.
- Google Tag Manager. Loads the Google and Meta tools below.
- Google Analytics 4. Counts visits, pages viewed, and events such as
form submissions and phone-number clicks, so we can see which pages help people. It
uses cookies such as
_ga. - PostHog. Records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session replays. Text you type into form fields is masked in replays. We use it to find pages that confuse people.
- Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Tell us whether an ad led to a visit or a request, and may let Google and Meta show our ads to people who visited this site. These companies may combine this with information they already hold about you under their own privacy policies.
- HubSpot. Runs the contact form and may set cookies to connect a form submission to earlier visits.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. You can limit ad personalization at Google My Ad Center and in your Meta ad preferences. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our business (such as HubSpot, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, and PostHog), with partners or carriers when needed to deliver a project you asked for, or when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Solutions@JustinHallConsulting.com and we will respond within 45 days. Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
California residents
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising tags from Google and Meta may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by emailing us with the subject line "Do not share" and by blocking cookies in your browser. California residents may also ask to know what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, as described above. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent may make a request for you if we can verify the agent's authority.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep project and contact records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
